仕事内容


当社は、住宅のリフォーム工事を手掛ける会社です。

お客様に「安心」と「満足」をお届けするため、現場を後方から支える施工管理スタッフを募集します

住宅リフォーム工事における施工管理業務全般をお任せします。

入社後は丁寧なサポートがございます

施工管理の経験をお持ちの方、または職人さんや建築関連会社とのネットワークをお持ちの方は、即戦力としてご活躍いただけます

直行直帰も可能な働きやすい環境です。

雇用形態なども柔軟に対応させていただきます。

具体的には…

  • 協力会社や職人さんとの打ち合わせ
  • 工事見積書・施工計画書の作成
  • お客様との現場打ち合わせ
  • 工程管理(発注業務、日程調整など)
  • 現場管理(工事の進捗確認、協力会社や職人への指示出し)
  • 完成後のお引渡しやアフターフォロー

【業務の流れ】

・問い合わせ対応・日程調整

インターネットサイトやご紹介案件が中心。お客様との訪問日程を調整します。

・現地調査、お見積もり作成・契約

お客様のご要望を確認し、実際の工事を想定した見積もりを作成します。

・着工準備・スタッフ手配

ご成約後、工事内容に応じて職人や施工スタッフを手配し、必要なスケジュールを組みます。

・工事スタート・進捗管理

工事中は現場での進行を確認し、必要に応じて協力会社や職人さんへ指示を出します。

・完成・お引渡し後のフォロー

仕上がりをお客様と一緒に確認し、完成後も安心いただけるアフターフォローを行います。
