未経験でも、最初は先輩の補助から始めます。

・資料や見積りの整理

・協力会社との連絡・日程調整

現場経験を積みながら、資格取得支援制度で国家資格も取得可能。

1日のスケジュール

8:00 朝礼・打合せ

8:30 現場確認・補助作業

10:30 書類整理

12:00 昼休憩

13:00 打合せ・記録作成

15:30 品質・安全確認

17:00 退勤

キャリアステップ

・入社~2年:先輩の補助業務を担当、基本スキルを習得

・3~5年:施工管理技士などの資格取得を支援(全額会社負担)

・5~10年:現場代理人・所長として現場を統括
