Job Description:
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their objectives
Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Identify new business opportunities and grow our client base in the Japan region
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective strategies to achieve business goals
Help to review the localization of the client's marketing materials
Handle any inquiries related to the Japan region from clients and the internal team
Requirements:
At least 2-5 years of experience in an account executive role with a digital marketing/marketing agency background
Bachelor's degree in marketing/communication or any related discipline
Overseas B2B marketing experience in the Japan region
Strong understanding of product marketing in digital marketing channels (Content Marketing, Social Media Ads, Paid Ads, SEM, Google Ads, and Marketing Automation)
Excellent communication skills with fluency in Japanese-English bilingual
Proven track record of delivering successful digital marketing projects
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Working shift:
Monday to Friday, 9:00~18:00
No commute needed, work from home
Full-time permanent employment with 6 months probationary adaptation
Same working conditions after probation
Annual leave after probation is eligible
