Job Description

We are looking for a strategic Digital Planner to actively contribute to our digital projects, especially for our client Adobe. As part of our digital team, you will dive into campaign briefs, support digital strategies, and use your expertise to create tailored responses and channel strategies. This role involves optimizing performance, embracing automation, and conducting thorough testing. Working closely with senior management, you will drive client results and build strong relationships with media partners.

  • Strategy & Planning:
  • Assist in developing and implementing digital campaigns for clients, aligned with marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on digital trends and technologies, particularly in the Japan market.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Collaborate with the campaign team to ensure proper setup and execution of campaigns.
  • Manage accounts on various platforms like Meta, Google, Yahoo, and programmatic partners.
  • Optimization & Analysis:
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize to achieve goals, and utilize analytics tools for insights.
  • Modify digital strategies based on campaign analytics and market trends.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Work with clients, data specialists, and global teams for successful campaigns.
  • Create reports tracking campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Participate in partner meetings to review performance and opportunities.
  • Financial Management:
  • Manage digital budget spend and ensure ROI.
  • Assist in financial processes for accurate invoicing and budget control.
  • Continuous Learning:
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market specifics to enhance campaigns.
  • Understand Japan's market nuances to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in digital planning.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising, especially in the Japan market.
  • Knowledge of key media platforms like Meta, Twitter, TikTok, YT, and programmatic.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret media reports and communicate insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Japanese; English fluency is a plus.
