Job Title: Client Solutions Manager - FMCG Industries

About the Company: Global Business Solutions (GBS) offers innovative marketing solutions through platforms like TikTok for Business to address various business challenges.

  • Contribute to clients' success through effective proposal activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to boost business revenue and foster continuous growth by providing feedback to the product team.
  • Utilize expertise in advertising products and reservation/performance ads to solve clients' issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Propose solutions to overcome clients' marketing challenges and ensure successful promotions.
  • Analyze advertising data to maximize ad effectiveness and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Create materials for client meetings, study sessions, and QBR.
  • Share best practices for TikTok ads and educate advertising agency planners for optimal results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance account operations and boost sales.
  • Provide feedback on advertising products to strengthen them.
  • Understand long-term business goals and negotiate complex opportunities.
  • Develop a learning agenda for measuring marketing impact with external research firms.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of advertising sales/consulting experience.
  • Experience in business marketing and advertising management.
  • Knowledge of digital platforms.
  • Ability to convey the appeal of TikTok for Business.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and high negotiation abilities.
  • Minimum of a four-year university degree.
  • Fluency in Japanese, English proficiency is a plus.

Welcomed:

  • Business level English proficiency.
  • Experience in performance advertising operations.
