創業70年超の歴史を持つ業務用厨房機器メーカーにて、製品の品質を守る品質保証業務をお任せします。食のインフラを支える重要なポジションです。
- 業務内容
<お任せする業務>
業務用厨房機器やステンレスタンク製品における品質保証業務全般を担当します。
不適合発生時の原因究明から是正処置、再発防止策の立案・実行まで、一連のプロセスを担い、製品品質の向上を目指します。
- 不適合情報の収集・分析
- 原因究明と是正処置の指示
- 再発防止策の立案と関係部署への展開・定着化
- 品質基準の策定・改訂
- 月に1〜2回程度の出張が発生する場合があります。全国の拠点や顧客先を訪れ、現場の状況を直接確認しながら品質改善に取り組むことができます。

同社が製造・販売する多岐にわたる製品が対象です。
- 業務用厨房機器及び関連機器各種
ガスレンジ、ガステーブル、IHコンロ、コンベクションオーブン、高速オーブン、中華レンジ、ゆで麺器、フライヤー、ベーキングオーブン、シンク、調理台、食器洗浄機、冷蔵庫、冷凍庫等
- 移動型・据置型ステンレスタンク、ポルカプレート、排水枡・側溝、システムキッチン

【応募資格】
- 必須条件
・機器製品(品目不問)の品質保証、もしくは品質管理における5年以上の実務経験
・少量多品種生産の環境での業務経験

【勤務時間】09:00〜18:00(実働8時間・休憩1時間)
時間外労働の有無:あり/月平均20時間
※時差出勤制度あり。
【給与】
420万円〜620万円
月給制 基本給223000円〜
上記基本給に加え固定残業代(月20時間分として36000円以上)支給。固定残業時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は別途追加支給。
