お客様のビジネスに最適な技術アーキテクチャを評価し、設計し、提供することで、企業の成長に貢献します。長期的な技術戦略の策定から、チームメンバーのコーチングまで、多岐にわたる業務を通じて、お客様とのビジネス関係を築き上げていきます。 Together we do what matters.下記いずれかまたは複数のご経験をお持ちの方・クラウドとアーキテクチャ設計のご経験(合計7年以上)(例)クラウド(Azure, AWS, GCP等)に関するコンサルティング、パブリッククラウドの設計・構築、PaaSを活用したシステムの設計・構築、オンプレミスまたはプライベートクラウド環境のインフラの設計・構築等・Web/モバイルアプリ開発のいずれかにおけるアプリケーションアーキテクチャ策定・実装・展開経験。・プリセールスのご経験 上記記載のサービスに対するプリセールスの経験(例)顧客向けの提案やプロジェクトの組成・リーダーシップのご経験(3年以上)(例)プロジェクト管理、チーム管理、社内外のステークホルダーとの折衝、部下の人事評価を含む管理職の業務・業務での英語によるコミュニケーション経験(電話・TV会議が可能なレベル)上記の他、ビジネスレベルの日本語(JLPT:N1目安)とOfficeアプリケーションを使用した各種資料の作成、レビュー経験が必要です。・複雑な問題を特定し、評価する能力・CX層との交渉において、代替案を提示することができる・新しいミッションにおいて、独立して方法と手順を決定する・大規模なチームやプロジェクトの管理経験 ・優れたコミュニケーションスキル

  • 技術を活用して顧客の課題解決を経験した方
  • 仕事の規模、役割、新しい技術などに対して、継続的にチャレンジしたいと考えている方

  • プロジェクトのファイナンス、スコープ、リソース、顧客の期待値などを積極的に管理できる方
  • 技術を活用して顧客の課題解決を経験した方

  • 顧客のニーズに対応し、アバナードを積極的に差別化する技術的価値提案を開発します。
  • 技術的なアーキテクチャの構築をリードします。
  • 顧客の IT 部門と技術的な関係を構築し、顧客のビジネスとテクノロジーの課題をソリューションにマッピングします。
  • 提案活動の技術的側面の範囲、アプローチ、見積もりの作成をリードします。
  • プロジェクトのスコープ、リソース、マイルストーンの要件のバランスをとることで、交渉と契約のプロセスをサポートします。
  • 現在の顧客の状況を分析し、サービスを活用する将来のビジネス チャンスを特定します。
  • 適切なトレーニングを計画できるように、デリバリー チームに必要とされる技術スキルを特定して優先順位を付けます。
