We are currently seeking a Relationship Manager based in Japan to join our Liquidity & Margin Services team.

The Key Responsibilities of The Role Are:

  • Develops the strategic plan for managing and growing existing client relationships.
  • Oversees assigned client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, swift response to client needs, efficient problem resolution, supporting internal stakeholder engagement and risk mitigation.
  • Acts as day-to-day point of contact for the client.
  • Identifies opportunities to evolve client business for incremental account growth
  • Serves in a consultative role to the client, advising client management on the best way to achieve short and long term goals.
  • Manages overall relationship profitability of clients with varying levels of complexity
  • Promotes firm services/product offerings that solve client tasks and achieve account growth
  • Continually evaluates client needs and ensures sustained client engagement
  • Develops, tracks and reports on relationship strategy/results for assigned client portfolio.
  • Contributes to the development of team metrics, dashboards and roadmaps.
  • Ensures client onboarding and risk management activities are conducted effectively.

    • QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
  • + work experience. Financial Services experience is preferred, with a particular client type or product, as is prior experience in Relationship Management, Client Services or Account Management
