業務詳細
- ビジネス部門担当者とのインタビューやワークショップを通じ、データ移行・統合に関する要件定義および仕様書の作成
- オフショア開発チームとの連携によるビジネス・技術要件の共有と理解促進
- データプラットフォームチームの日次業務サポート(進捗管理、課題トラッキング、フォローアップ)
- Informatica関連データセットの収集、検証、品質チェックの実施
- 機能仕様書、マッピングシート、ステータスレポートなどのプロジェクト文書作成
- プロジェクト進捗およびガバナンスレビュー向けのレポート・ダッシュボード作成補助
- 社内ITチームとの調整(成果物の整合、テスト、受入対応)
- ローカルおよびグローバルのステークホルダー間の円滑なコミュニケーションを促進し、リスクや課題の早期エスカレーションを実施
必須スキル
- Informaticaシステム(PowerCenter、Informatica Cloudなど)に関する実務知識
- IT環境におけるプロジェクトマネジメントまたはPMO業務経験(5年以上)
- Azure DevOpsの実務経験、およびアジャイル開発モデル(ADM)への理解
- 大規模企業でのデータ分析、移行、データ品質管理などの実務経験
- 英語:上級レベル/日本語:ビジネスレベルのバイリンガルコミュニケーション能力(ステークホルダー対応・レポーティング)
- Microsoft Excel、PowerPoint、その他ドキュメントツールを用いたレポーティング・進捗管理スキル
- 部門横断的な調整力と優れた対人スキル、組織力
