世の中には自らの可能性を活かしきれていない人がたくさんいます。本当は世界で活躍したいのにスキル不足が原因で諦めてしまっていたり、自信が持てず一歩踏み出せていない方が多くいるのが現状です。プログリットは、サービスを通じてあらゆる方々にスキルや自信を提供し、一人でも多くの方が世界で自由に活躍できるように後押しします。
事業について
プログリットは英語コーチングサービス『PROGRIT』を主軸に事業を伸ばし、創業7年目の2022年9月にグロース市場に上場、現在は累計受講者数2万5千名を突破、社員数も200名を超えました。
"短期集中型" で実践的な英語力を身に付けられる英語コーチングサービス『プログリット』に加え、シャドーイングに完全特化した英語学習アプリ『シャドテン』・スピーキングの「正解」が身に付く『スピフル』・ビジネス英語の実践力を鍛える『ディアトーク』等、サブスクリプション型のサービスを展開しています。
「人」を介すパーソナルコーチングを通して蓄積されてきた、効率的で結果の出る英語学習の知見やデータを活かし、今後は「人」×「テクノロジー」の形でより多くのユーザの幅広い課題を解決できるような英語学習プロダクトの開発に注力したいと考えています。
プログリットについて
当社は、2016年9月に大阪大学工学部を卒業後、新卒でマッキンゼー・アンド・カンパニーに入社をした代表岡田と、リクルートキャリアに新卒入社をした副社長山碕により『世界で自由に活躍できる人を増やす』というMISSIONのもとスタートしました。
様々な技術が進化しグローバル化が進む中で、言語や文化など様々な壁に阻まれ、 自分の可能性を最大限に活かしきれない人がいます。私達はそんな障壁を壊し 人の可能性を最大限に引き出したいと思っています。日本という枠を越えて、場所にとらわれず自分の理想を思い切り実現できる人を増やすことが、 世界をそして社会を大きく進化させることができると信じています。
