労務・制度設計を軸に、組織課題の抽出から

施策立案まで一貫して携われるポジションです。

仕組み化・改善に主体的に挑みたい方にフィットします。

給与計算〜年末調整〜社保手続きから、

GWS・端末管理・情報セキュリティまでを一気通貫で設計・運用。

属人化を解き、台帳・手順・権限を整える仕組み化がミッション

健康経営の社外評価(ブライト500)に直結する、

手触りのある成果が残るポジションです。

【主な業務内容】

  • 労務

・給与計算(給与奉行)

・年末調整

・社会保険手続き(算定・月変・賞与支払届)

・勤怠管理(ジョブカン)

・有休・残業管理

  • 安全衛生

・健康診断の実施・再受診フォロー

・産業医連携

・メンタルヘルス施策の推進

  • 規程整備

・就業規則、賃金・賞与・退職金・福利厚生規程の改定

・事業会社での人事労務実務3年以上

(給与計算〜年末調整〜社保定例まで一気通貫)

・給与奉行の運用経験/ジョブカン勤怠の運用経験

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 30万3440円 〜 43万3500円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり4万6560円 〜 6万6500円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり20時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

・人事考課・賞与 年2回

・通勤手当(月30,000円まで/6か月定期代の1か月分を毎月支給)

・超過時間外手当1分単位で全額支給
