Job Summary


Location:
Japan

A leading company in the insurance industry is looking for a skilled Incident & Problem Coordinator to join the team, focusing on rapid incident resolution and improving customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Lead the response to service outages, ensuring swift resolution.
Be the primary communication link during incidents, keeping all stakeholders informed.
Analyze incidents to prevent future occurrences and improve service efficiency.

Key Qualifications:

Experience in incident response and problem management. (ITIL v.4 Certified)
Strong communication skills, capable of effective under-pressure performance and communication with c-levels
Proficiency in Japanese and English
