【Webエンジニア】全国の救急医療現場で利用されるDXシステムの開発


仕事概要


日本の救急医療は世界でもトップレベルと言われる一方で、デジタル化は遅れています。今なお紙や電話での情報伝達が主流となっており、データを適切に収集する仕組みが確立されていません。 そのため、「当院を受診した患者さんの最も多い症状や診断名は何か?」というような基本的な内容でさえ情報の検索が難しく、ひいてはデータに基づいた医療を提供するのが困難という課題があります。 TXP Medicalはこのような課題を解決するべく、「医療データで命を救う。」をミッションに、病院や救急隊向けに医療情報プラットフォームを開発・提供し、医療現場の情報連携の効率化、そしてデータに基づく意思決定を支援しています。 【業務内容】 既存/新規プロダクトにおける、バックエンド開発をお任せします。プロダクトマネージャーやビジネスチームと協力しながら、技術選定、開発、テスト、QA、運用まで、多くのフェーズに参画いただきます。 医療現場のDX課題は多く、新たなプロダクト案も日々生まれているため、新規開発にも携わっていただける環境です。 プロダクト 具体的にお任せしたいプロダクトをご紹介します。 救急搬送システム『NSER mobile』 これまで現場で手書きの帳票でやりとりされていた情報をデジタル化して再利用可能なデータにし、即時にデータを病院にシェアすることで、救急搬送時間の長時間化や搬送先のミスマッチ、非効率な業務フローといった課題を解決するシステム。 -紹介ページ -実際の利用イメージ動画 救急統計業務支援システム『NOA』(ノア) 上記『NSER mobile』と連携し、救急隊員の統計入力業務を自動化するプロダクト。従来、紙に書いたメモを元にPCに入力していたところを、アプリとの連携によって自動化し、救急隊員の業務の効率化、負荷軽減を目指す統計プラットフォーム。 転院搬送システム『NEXT Stage CONNECT』 医療機関間の転院時に生じる電話による情報伝達の非効率や課題を解決するための、転院判断に必要な情報の統合プラットフォーム。 -紹介ページ セルフ問診システム 患者様が救急外来受診前、あるいは外来待合室で、ご自身のスマートフォン・タブレットを用いて病状等を入力することができるシステム。 -紹介ページ 主な技術スタック ・フロントエンド: TypeScript (React, , Vue, Nuxt), Dart (Flutter) ・サーバーサイド: Python (Flask, Serverless), TypeScript, ・インフラ:AWS (Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, RDS, CloudFront, SNS, SQS, Amplify, CDK) ・データベース:PostgreSQL / MySQL / Oracle ・その他: Slack / Figma / GitHub / BackLog"

必須スキル


・React / / Remix 等を用いたフロントエンド開発経験 ・Flask / FastAPI / Django等のPythonフレームワークを用いたバックエンド開発経験 ・RDB / NoSQL などサーバーサイド領域に関する基本的な知識

歓迎スキル


・Amplify Hosting、Amazon CloudFront 等を利用した開発経験 ・AWS CDKなどのIaaSを用いた開発経験 ・AWS RDS、DynamoDB、Lambda、ECSなどを利用した開発経験 ・マイクロサービスアーキテクチャでのバックエンド・インフラ開発経験 ・AWSのマネージドサービスを組み合わせて開発した経験 ・要件調整、チームをけん引する立場での業務経験
