基本シフトは、9:30から15:00なので、子育て中のママさんにもピッタリのお仕事です。お子様連れでの面接もOKです。ご高齢のお客様が楽しみに通っていただけるデイサービスに、おいしいお食事は欠かせませんお客様の笑顔のお手伝いをしてみませんか?

【仕事内容】


デイサービス(通所介護)で昼食やおやつの準備をするお仕事です。衛生面への配慮のため、瞬間冷凍された調理済み食材を使用するので、調理業務が未経験の方でも大丈夫です。

【給与】


時給:1,141円~(アルバイト・パート)

  • このほか、各種手当あり

*時間帯別手当:6時~8時100円/時間

*勤続年数手当:在籍年数に応じて手当支給

在籍4年以上 15円/時間

*運転手当:送迎業務1回に対して100円/回支給

*子ども手当:満10歳~18歳の子を持つ方に支給

子1名につき、15円/時間(社内規定あり)

*保育所手当:ニチイの企業主導型保育所を利用する方に支給

10,000円/月(社内規定あり)

*月払い通勤交通費実費支給(上限:月5万円まで)

*OJT・ミーティング・研修等参加時 時給1,141円

試用期間(3ヶ月)・条件変更なし(無資格・有資格)

1ヶ月の労働時間:20~72時間/月

【勤務期間】


・雇用期間の定めあり:初年度、年度末まで(~3/31)・以降、原則契約更新(勤務成績・能力・会社状況等により判断)

・更新上限回数/通算契約期間上限:採用より1年経過後の次の年度契約更新時に原則無期雇用契約(対象外:再雇用制度による継続雇用者・学生・期間限定業務従事者) ※対象外に該当する方は面接時に説明します
