役割
クライアントのビジネス促進や新規事業創出にインパクトを与えることを⽬的として、デジタルトランスフォーメーション(DX)のコンサルティング、アーキテクチャの策定、ソリューション設計、組織設計を⾏い、ビジネス推進とデジタル活⽤の橋渡しを担います。またクライアントCxOのトラステッドパートナーとして、デジタル戦略⽴案〜施策への落とし込み、実⾏までをプロジェクトマネージャーとして推進していくことも役割となります。
具体的な業務
- クライアントのデジタル/IT戦略⽴案、DXのコンサルティング、ITロードマップの策定、戦略や課題に寄与するアーキテクチャの設計、ソリューション設計をEnd to Endで企画・実⾏します。
- クライアントのCxOとの関係構築を図りながら、業界の最新動向とBCGのもつアセットを組み合わせ、イノベイティブな企画構想やワークショップの実施をリードします (BCGアセット例: IT戦略/アーキテクチャ策定フレームワーク、データ&デジタルプラットフォームコンサルティング、IT/Digital組織戦略策定フレームワーク、AIエンタープライズ適用コンサルティング、Agileコーチング、など)
- 実⾏プロジェクト推進にも責任をもち、メンバーアサイン、実現妥当性·リスク·品質を確認し、社内外メンバーを成功に向けて統率します。
What You'll Bring
必須要件
- デジタル/IT戦略⽴案コンサルティング・企画構想、ITロードマップ策定、アーキテクチャ作成を複数 メンバーのリーダーとして実⾏した経験
- ⼤規模システムやデジタルサービスの上流⼯程から設計・開発・実装までのプロジェクトリーダーの経験 (⼤規模システム開発PMOでも可)
- 上記プロジェクト推進において、クライアントの経営層に対するコミュニケーション(ドキュメンテーションおよびプレゼンテーション)をリードした経験
求めるスキル/⼈物像
- デジタル/ITアーキテクチャのグランドデザインを、企業全体の視点や複雑なシステム連携のスコープで⽅向性を⽰し、組織全体を⾒渡しながら描くことができる(全社を俯瞰したシステム全体設計、複雑な業務要件に基づくアプリケーションやデータの配置、クラウド活⽤⽅針を含む複雑なインフラ設計など)
- 新規事業創出やDX企画構想(超上流)⼯程において、ビジネス課題をスピーディに構造的に整理し、デジタル施策実⾏を⽴案できる
- プロジェクト実⾏フェーズにおいて、社内外メンバーを統率し、リスク・品質をコントロールしながらプロジェクトを推進できる
- 論理的思考を得意とし、戦略的に考え⾃ら⾏動する⾃⾛⼒が⾼い。最新テクノロジーへの感度が⾼くかつ理解が深く、エキスパートを統率できる
- ビジネスでの英語実務経験
