製品貯槽タンクから

ローリー車や船舶への

製品充填作業をお任せします。

……<具体的な作業手順>……

  • バルブの開閉操作~流量設定
  • 製品が流れるよう配管をつなぐ作業
  • ポンプ始動・流量設定・定期監視
  • ポンプを動かし流量、

漏れがないかを定期的に監視します。

  • 作業終了時のバルブ操作
  • 充填が終わった後、

決められた手順でバルブを閉めます。

お取り扱い製品は下記の通りです。

・塩酸

・苛性ソーダ

・次亜塩素酸ソーダ

・液化塩素 など

作業場所は、

製品貯槽タンクの周辺や桟橋、

ローリー車の上部です

チームでの作業が基本

少人数のチームで声をかけながら進行。
