【仕事内容】

建築現場の設備(電気/管工事)施工管理及びリニューアル工事の設備施工管理業務を担当して頂きます。

設備施工管理については、電気分野/管工事分野両面を担って頂きます。

【ゼネコンにおける設備施工職の役割】

■施工物件において、発注者、設計者、協力会社、諸官庁及び建築部署と協議・調整を行い『工期』、『品質』、『安全』、『コスト』等を『マネジメント』する業務です。

■具体的には、設計図面、協力会社作成の施工図・各種要領書のチェックを行い品質上問題ないかを確認し、建築現場にてそれが、品質上問題なく、安全に、工程通りに進んでいるかを管理します。

【必須条件】

■建築設備士、1級電気工事施工管理技士、1級管工事施工管理技士のいずれかをお持ちの方

■設備(電気/管工事)施工管理の実務経験(目安:8年以上)

【給与】

【想定年収】750万円~960万円(例:33歳~50歳)

【想定月収】43万円~55万円(例:33歳~50歳)

※上記年収はご入社いただく方のご経験やスキルを考慮し決定いたします。

※目安の年収は各手当、賞与を含んだ額になります。

※固定残業代51,500円~181,000円(18時間~64時間程度)が含まれることがあります。

※超過分は全額別途支給いたします。

昇給:年1回(6月)

賞与:年2回(夏季7月、冬季12月)
