仕事内容/What the Role Entails

Tencent Games/Level Infiniteのゲームタイトル運営・ローンチにおけるパブリシティ活動の支援業務全般。(ゲームタイトルのプラットフォームはモバイル、コンソール、PCを含む)開発部からの情報収集、関係各所間での調整業務に始まり、役職や部署を超えてマーケティングやコミュニティ、法務など各チームと横断的に連携をとりながら、戦略に基づいた戦術の実行へと進める。業界での最新トレンドに対する感度やビジネス産業に関する知識や知見、市場を形成するオピニオンリーダーや重要人物の理解と分析が不可欠となる。
  • リサーチ作業なども含む、コンテンツ及びプラットフォームに適したPRプランの考案・実行サポート。
  • メディア取材やイベント時の段取りや現場対応支援。
  • 本社事業部やIT部署などと連携し、問題解決に向けて障壁を取り除き、解決策を模索する。
  • 公式ウェブサイトなどのO&Oチャンネルの運営支援。
  • 様々な施策やビジネス判断、インフルエンサーなどにまつわるリスク評価や対処法の考案。
  • ベンダー請求書処理や書類作成などの事務作業。

応募資格/Who We Look For

  • 大学卒・大学院卒。職務に関連する専攻(ジャーナリズム、コミュニケーション、国際関係学、政治学など)優遇。
  • PR、記事執筆、及び・またはマーケティング経験。ゲームやエンターテインメント、またはテック業界の経験があると直良い。
  • 日本語での会話・文章執筆・編集能力必須。中国語か英語でビジネス会話を行えるとより望ましい。
  • 国内のメディアランドスケープに対する理解、ウェブサイト(WordPress)やSNSの運営実績。
  • 複数のプロジェクトを同時進行で担当し、プロジェクトの初期段階から完了まで、関係チームメンバーと連動しながらワークフローをこなす能力。
  • イノベーションを推進し、目標達成のためならどんな障壁も取り払う姿勢。
  • 様々な国籍や文化のバックグラウンドを持つ人々が集まる環境で抵抗なく働ける姿勢。どんな環境にも順応でき、且つ変化を起こせる自信を持ち合わせる。

※経験・スキル等を考慮し、当社規定により優遇します。
※一般社員の場合、固定残業代月35時間分が含まれます。
管理職の場合、固定残業代10時間分が含まれます。

労働時間・休日
就業時間 09:30 ~ 18:30 休憩時間 60分
フレックスタイムあり
完全週休2日制(土日・祝日)
有給休暇:入社初年度は、入社月により期間按分付与。在籍年数踏まえて最大22日
年末年始休暇(12/30~1/3)
病気休暇(有給):12日/年(有給休暇とは別途付与)
