JOB PURPOSE

The role is to support all PR activities to enhance Burberry's presence in the Japanese market and collaborate with the PR Manager to build brand awareness and maximize commercial opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the showroom, and handle the delivering and leasing of PR samples
  • Responsible for product press releases, giftings, and support other press activities, such as, global press release
  • Lead daily editorial outreach; pitching/seeking out editorial opportunities in-line with communications strategy
  • Communicate and build stronger relationship with press and stylists
  • Support coordinating and arranging the tasks related to events and runway show
  • Handle administrative tasks such as, invoice management, leasing list, reports etc.

    • PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Experience in PR (in-house or agency, preferably in fashion/luxury)
  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public-speaking capabilities
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
  • Proficiency in MS Office
