特養でのお仕事です

ご利用者個々の人格を尊重し、ご利用者の立場に立ったより良いサービスの提供をモットーとしています。そして、ご利用者のご家族及び地域の方々との結びつきを大切にしています。

社会福祉法人が運営する特別養護老人ホーム(入所定員80名、ショートステイ10名)において、

入居されている方々への介護、生活支援業務(食事、排せつ、入浴、移動介助 等)に従事していただきます。

特別養護老人ホームで働く介護職は、高齢者や障がい者の日常生活の自立を支援するサービス提供を中心に行います。 食事・入浴・排泄などの生活全般にわたって必要な介助を行うだけでなく、散歩や買い物の援助、行事やレクリエーションの実施、利用者の家族の介護方法のアドバイスを行うことも大切な仕事です。

07:00-16:00 08:30-17:30 16:30-09:30 09:30-18:30 10:30-19:30

08:00-17:00休憩時間(日勤) 90分

休憩時間(夜勤) 240分時間外 月平均5時間

給与下限:月給 238,000円~

給与上限:月給 269,000円

基本給 168,000円~182,000円

給与支払日 毎月末日締 当月21日支払い
