【必須資格・経験】

下記いずれかの実務経験が3年以上ある方。

・業務効率化や仕組み化の観点から、

社内向けのツール・スクリプトの開発または設計の経験がある方(言語は問いません)

・SaaSや社内システムの設計・導入・連携経験(API活用など)

・セキュリティやIT統制への基本的な理解と、それを設計・実装に落とし込める方

・目的ベースで技術選定・導入・運用に携わった経験(小規模でも可)

【歓迎資格・経験】

・社内ITや業務システムに関する実務経験

(SaaS管理、端末管理、社内向けツールの導入など)

・ビジネスプロセスの分析と改善を行った経験

・ERP/会計システムとの連携・導入経験

・業務部門と連携しながら仕組みを作った経験

仕事内容


【コーポレートITエンジニア】急成長SaaS企業をITで支える|攻めのコーポレートITエンジニア募

【仕事内容】

  • 事業成長を背景に、これまで最小構成で運営していたコーポレートIT部門を拡大しています。今後は「業務を止めない守り」だけでなく、

「業務を前に進める攻めのIT」へと転換し、業務標準化・自動化の仕組みを自ら設計・実装できる仲間を求めています。

・社内業務システム(SaaS/スクラッチ環境)の構築・運用

・ERPや会計システムとの連携・改善(例:経費精算、仕分け、請求管理など)

・各部門からのIT要望のヒアリング、課題の整理と解決策の実装

・情報セキュリティ対策の実装・運用(ID管理、端末管理など)

・新しいツールや技術の調査・導入提案

エンタープライズ市場向けのクラウドサービスを提供している企業で会社の事業成長を支える中長期のIT戦略業務に携わることができます。

利用者がすぐ近くにいる環境で、課題発見から改善まで一気通貫で関わることができます。単なる情報システム部門ではなく、

業務設計やツール提案まで踏み込めるプラットフォームエンジニアに近い立ち位置です。

【年収・給与】

504万円~750万円 ※提示年収は、今までのご経験や選考の中でのご評価によって決定いたします。最低年収を下回る可能性もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
