【仕事内容】
養護老人ホームで宿直業務をお任せします。
夜間は落ち着いており、入居者様が安全に過ごせているか見守ることが主なお仕事です。
【具体的な仕事内容】
- 施設内の巡回
- 門扉・玄関の施錠確認
- ボイラーチェック
- 緊急時の連絡・対応など
宿直スタッフは、現在3名でローテーション勤務夜間も介護スタッフが常駐しているため、
介護業務は一切ありません。

介護業務は一切ありません。お任せするのは館内巡回や施錠確認などの宿直業務のみなので、未経験からでも安心して始められます。
実働は約3時間で、ほとんどが待機時間。
動画を見たり、資格の勉強をしたりと、宿直室で自分の時間として過ごしてOKです。
体力的な負担も少なく、シニア世代の方やWワーク希望の方が多数活躍中。
日当は12,362円、さらに賞与年2回あり。
勤務は月10日程度なので、無理のないペースで安定した副収入を得ることが可能です。
Wワークを希望される方や、生活リズムを崩さずに働きたい方にも続けやすい環境です。
