1カ月の研修期間で、授業の進め方や生徒との関わり方を基礎から学べます。

未経験からスタートした先輩も多数活躍中です。

<主な業務内容>

・小学生中心の授業運営(中学受験・基礎学力指導)

・保護者面談や学習相談

・教材準備・授業資料の作成

・教室運営やイベントサポート

◆短大卒以上の方

教員免許は不要です

ブランクのかたもOK

<以下の経験を優遇します>

◎小学生・中学生の複数科目の指導が可能な方

◎ご自身が中学受験の経験をお持ちの方

勤務時間・曜日:

シフト制(実働8時間/休憩1時間)

※13:00~22:00

※持ち帰り業務などはありません

※季節講習や社内研修、全社での会議などで、午前中の出社になる場合もございます。

◎月の残業少なめだからこそメリハリを持って働けます。

プライベートも充実させたいという方にピッタリです。

※基本的に学園本部に出社し、曜日、授業時間帯で各教室へ移動します。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥280,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥50,000(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
