仕事内容


2026年新規オープンの事業所で、現場管理スタッフ(正社員)としてご活躍いただきます。

オープニングメンバーとして、立ち上げから運営まで幅広く関われるポジションです。

入社後は、まず現場作業の基本を理解することからスタートします。

現場で働くスタッフと一緒に作業を行いながら、流れをつかんでいきましょう。

その後、現場管理者として以下のような業務をお任せしていきます。

  • 主な業務内容

・現場作業(軽作業中心)

ピッキング・仕分け・梱包・在庫管理・フォークリフト運搬(※資格は入社後に取得可)

・作業スケジュールの管理

納期や作業ボリュームに合わせて、1日の作業計画を立てます。

・スタッフへの指示出し・フォロー

作業の進捗確認や、困っているスタッフのサポートを行います。

・勤怠・シフト管理

現場スタッフの出勤状況を把握し、必要に応じて調整や報告を行います。

・報告・連絡業務

日報の作成や、クライアントへの簡単な報告・連絡など

・高卒以上

・普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)をお持ちの方

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 20日

【シフト例】

8:00〜17:00

9:00〜18:00

5:00〜15:00

15:00〜24:00(交代制)

※配属先によって異なる場合があります

給与詳細


基本給:月給 22万4600円 〜

固定残業代:あり

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 18万5300円

皆勤手当:6000円

固定残業代:3万3300円(1ヶ月あたり23時間)

※固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
