神奈川県最大のドトールFCとして

<ドトールコーヒーショップ>

<エクセルシオールカフェ>を

10店舗展開する株式会社クラチ。

週30h勤務の契約社員の募集です。

「いきなり社員は心配」、

「介護や育児との両立を目指す」、

「マネジメントは苦手だけど接客は好き」

いろんな方にぴったりの働き方です。

  • 飲食未経験でも大歓迎

<具体的なお仕事>

レジやドリンク、簡単な調理、清掃など。

カウンター内の業務が多いので

みんなでフォローしあいながら勤務します。

最初はトレーニング専任の社員がいる

ドトール横浜南幸店(横浜駅1分)で

勤務スタートします。

※2026年2月大リニューアルOPEN予定

その後適正などを考慮し、

他店舗への異動も可能です。

最初はパートとして入社。

当時は子供が小さかったので、

平日10-17時、週3日勤務でした。

一昨年から社会保険にも加入し、

契約社員として長時間勤務になりました。

6:00~23:00の間で週30h以上勤務

※週5日×6hや、週4日×8hなど、

あなたのライフスタイルに合わせて勤務可能です

基本給:時給 1270円 〜

6:00~9:00は時給1524円~

22:00~は時給1588円~

給与例

  • 週5日、1日6h勤務の場合

月収16万7640円

(時給1270円×6h×月22日)

  • 週5日、1日8h勤務の場合

月収22万3520円

(時給1270円×8h×月22日)

※早朝は1.2倍、22時以降は1.25倍の時給です
