仕事内容:

【お任せしたい業務】

クラウド基盤を活用したシステムにおいて、Azure環境の運用および技術的な問い合わせ対応を担当します。

利用者からの要望や課題に対し、検証・設計を含めた対応を行い、安定した運用を支えます。

・Azureに関する技術的な問い合わせへの対応および解決策の整理

・Azure環境の基本設計、構成検討、設定変更対応

・運用に関わるドキュメント作成(報告書、エビデンス等)

・関連する運用業務全般のサポート
