Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Specialist

Job Description:

Exciting opportunity to support the introduction of new products/solutions, maintain regulatory compliance, and actively participate in transformation/improvement activities.

  • Communicate with Global Regulatory Affairs partners to gather/confirm necessary information.
  • Author product submission/notification documents, QMS/FMR documents, and reimbursement documents.
  • Update regulatory database with required records/information.
  • Conduct promotional material reviews.
  • Participate in various transformation/improvement activities as a team member.

Best Matching Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and capable of prioritizing to handle multiple tasks/responsibilities.
  • Bachelor of Science Degree (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proficiency in both Japanese and English.

Monthly Basic Salary and Allowances:

PhD 440,000 yen (Basic Salary 352,000 yen + Fixed Overtime Pay for 30 hours 88,000 yen)

Master's 386,800 yen (Basic Salary 309,400 yen + Fixed Overtime Pay for 30 hours 77,400 yen)

Bachelor's 350,000 yen (Basic Salary 280,000 yen + Fixed Overtime Pay for 30 hours 70,000 yen)

Associate's 325,000 yen (Basic Salary 260,000 yen + Fixed Overtime Pay for 30 hours 65,000 yen)

Commuting Allowance: Up to 150,000 yen per month provided.
※No Shinkansen/flight commuting for commuting allowance.
※Additional wages for overtime exceeding fixed hours, holiday work, and late-night work.
※Bonus: Once a year

※Salary Increase Revision: Once a year

Probationary Period: 6 months (No change in benefits)

Holidays and Leave:

Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, year-end and New Year (12/29~1/4)
Annual Paid Leave 20 days + Care leave 10 days + Sick leave 30 days
※From the 6th year onwards, annual paid leave becomes 25 days.
Special Leave (marriage, childbirth, childcare, condolences, volunteering, refreshment)
