【仕事内容】

美容業界向け人材マッチングサービス「WORKCANVAS」および新規サービスのプロダクトマネジメント業務をお任せします。事業戦略からプロダクトの企画・開発ディレクション・効果検証まで一気通貫で携わり、事業成長を牽引していただきます。

【具体的には】

・事業戦略に基づいたプロダクト戦略

・ロードマップの策定

・機能改善・新規機能開発の企画立案

・要件定義・仕様策定

・エンジニア・デザイナーと連携した開発ディレクション

・プロセス改善

・KPIモニタリング・データ分析を通じた効果検証

・関連部署やステークホルダーとの連携・調整

【求める人材】

・事業会社でのプロダクトマネジメント経験

・Webサービスやモバイルアプリ等のシステムの仕組みに対する基礎知識

・エンジニアやデザイナーとの協働経験

・データ分析の経験

・社内外のステークホルダーとの調整業務経験

・HR領域のプロダクトマネジメント経験

・SQLを活用したデータ分析経験

・開発・営業・マーケティングなどの職種でのご経験

【給与】

年収700~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
