Associate, SEM

What you'll do:

  • Build and manage large scale campaigns, not limited to Google but other search engines such as Bing, Yahoo Japan
  • Optimization of campaigns, not limited to structure, budget, bidding, keywords
  • Create reports & alerts for monitoring campaign performance
  • Identify gaps between global product offering and SEM campaigns
  • Brainstorm ideas and experiment initiatives to increase traffic and revenue
  • Collaborate with different teams, communicate confidently with different levels of stakeholders

    • What you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of running performance driven SEM campaigns (metrics to evaluate performance, levers to optimize performance etc)
  • Proficiency in using Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel / SEM related tools
  • Adaptable and comfortable with picking up new skills
  • Proficiency in other written languages besides English and Japanese)
  • Good to have: Experience using Python, SQL or other languages to work with data or solve problems
