仕事内容


当社は、キャラクターや文具を中心に、オリジナル商品の企画・デザイン・製造・販売を手がけるメーカーです。

本ポジションでは、広報・PR専任担当として情報発信全体を設計・推進していただきます。単なる発信業務にとどまらず、社内外の情報を整理・編集し、ブランド価値を高める役割を担います。

あわせて、キャラクターやブランドに関わるライセンス関連の事務業務も一部担当いただきます。

・広報専任として、情報発信の質と量の両立を実現すること

・商品、製造背景、企業姿勢を整理し、伝わる形に編集する視点

・社内各部署と連携し、広報起点での企画提案・改善提案を行うこと

主な業務内容

1.広報戦略およびPR施策の推進

・年間や中長期を見据えた情報発信テーマの設計

・PR TIMESを活用したプレスリリースの企画、構成、執筆、配信

・配信結果の分析および改善施策の立案

・メディアとの関係構築、取材対応

2.SNS運用およびオウンドメディア活用

・公式SNSの運用方針設計、投稿企画立案

・KPI設定、数値分析、改善サイクルの運用

・自社サイトやブランドサイトの情報更新ディレクション

・社内メンバーと連携したコンテンツ制作

3.製造現場・商品企画との連携

・製造現場や商品企画担当からの情報収集

・商品や企画の背景を踏まえたストーリー設計

・撮影や素材準備のディレクション

4.ライセンス関連の事務業務

・キャラクターおよびブランドに関するライセンス事務

・契約内容の確認、管理、社内調整

・関係先との折衝、資料作成補助

雇用形態・キャリア

入社後は、正社員登用を前提とした契約社員(3ヶ月)からスタートします。

双方の理解を深めた上で、問題がなければ正社員として登用します。

必須要件

・社外向け広報またはPR業務の実務経験(目安3年以上)

・PR TIMESなどを用いたプレスリリースの企画、構成、執筆経験

・目的やターゲットを意識した文章作成力

・社内外の関係者と円滑に調整できるコミュニケーション力

歓迎要件

・SNSアカウントの運用経験および数値管理、改善の経験

・オウンドメディアや自社サイトの運用、更新に関わった経験

・キャラクター、ブランド、ライセンス関連業務の経験

・製造業やものづくりに関わる企業での勤務経験

本ポジションでは、完成された広報体制の中で運用を回すのではなく、発信体制そのものを整え、育てていくフェーズに関わることができます。

これまで培ってきた広報・PRの知見を活かしながら、自社に合った情報発信の形を模索し、仕組みとして定着させていく経験が積めます。

また、キャラクターや文具といった生活に身近な商材を扱うため、商品や企画の背景を深掘りし、ストーリーとして発信する力を発揮しやすい環境です。

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 22日

勤務時間 9:00-18:00 (休憩60分)

契約更新期間:契約社員(入社後3ヵ月) 正社員登用前提

お互いの見極め期間として最初3ヶ月は契約社員とする方針でありますが、問題なければ正社員として登用いたします。

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 21万円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり6万円 〜(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり37時間 〜 45時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

※経験・能力・年齢を考慮の上、当社規定により決定します。

※固定残業手当月6万円以上(月/37時間分)含む。超過分は別途支給します。
