・DB型サイトにおけるSEO施策(特に内部構造最適化)およびCRO施策の企画、推進経験

・GA4、Search Console等を用いた定量データに基づくアクセス解析、改善経験

・エンジニアやデザイナー等、異なる職能のステークホルダーとの合意形成、プロジェクト推進経験

・Webシステム開発に関する実務的な知識(DB設計、API連携等)

・SQLを用いたデータ抽出、集計経験

・新規サービス、事業の立ち上げからグロースまでの経験

プロダクトマネージャー(大規模DBサイトのSEO構造設計・CRO推進)

【仕事内容】

【職務概要】

日本最大級の不動産・住宅情報サイト『LIFULL HOME'S』における建物データベース「不動産アーカイブ」のプロダクトマネジメント業務をお任せします。

【職務詳細】

1.集客施策の立案・実行(SEO)

・検索エンジンにおける「物件名」検索での順位向上のための内部対策企画・推進

・ユーザーニーズの理解および不足コンテンツ拡充の企画・推進

2.UX/UIの設計・改善、CVR向上のためのサイト最適化(CRO)

・定量・定性データを用いたユーザー行動分析と課題特定、改善策の企画・推進

・訪問ユーザーの問い合わせ転換率を高める施策の企画・推進

3.データ分析・効果検証

・データ分析、施策ごとの効果測定とPDCAサイクルの推進

「不動産アーカイブ」は物件名からの圧倒的な集客力を持ち、LIFULL HOME'S内の各サービスへユーザーを送客するハブの役割を担っています。さらなる成長に向け、SEOによる集客強化やCRO領域の改善を加速させることが期待されています。
