<仕事内容>

バローグループ傘下の生鮮食材専門店で、青果部門の正社員スタッフとして幅広くご活躍いただきます

<具体的な仕事内容>

接客(地元のお客様との会話が楽しい仕事です)

ポップ作成(売れる仕掛けを自分で作れる楽しさ)

果物・野菜のカット業務(見栄え良く、安全に)

商品のパック詰め・陳列(魅せ方で売上が変わります)

集客イベントの企画・運営(季節ごとの仕掛けを一緒に)

売り場レイアウト・構成の考案 など

入社後は1ヶ月間はバックヤードでの研修を通じて、基礎から丁寧にお教えします

慣れてきたら裁量大きく、あなたらしい売場作りをどんどんお任せします

ちなみに… 当店は釣り好きが集まる珍しいスーパー。

サメ、マンボウ、スッポン、ウマヅラハギなど他では見かけない魚が並ぶことも

面接で「好きな魚は?」と聞かれるかも…?
