AWS インフラストラクチャサービスは、AWS のグローバル インフラストラクチャ全体の設計、計画、提供、運用を担当しています。つまり、クラウドを安定的に稼働させ続けるのが私たちの役割です。AWS のデータセンター、サーバー、ストレージ、ネットワーク、電力、冷却装置など、すべてのインフラを包括的にサポートし、お客様が必要とするイノベーションへの継続的なアクセスを確保しています。私たちは、サプライチェーンに影響を及ぼす数千もの変数を含む複雑な課題に日々取り組んでおり、この挑戦に共に立ち向かう優秀な人材を求めています。

アマゾン ウェブ サービス (AWS) は急速な成長を続けており、拡大するインフラストラクチャ運用チームの一員として、データセンター エンジニアを募集しています。
データセンター運営部門では、世界最大規模のコンピューティングインフラストラクチャの設計、構築、および保守管理を担当しています。具体的な業務には、システムの運用管理、障害対応・修理、部品の在庫管理・追跡、そしてデータセンター施設全般の保守業務が含まれます。Amazonのデータセンターは、大規模かつ高密度な施設として運営され、地域のテクノロジー革新を牽引する役割を果たしています。
A day in the life
- データセンターのインフラ機器(ラック、サーバー、ネットワーク機器、ハードウェア部品、ケーブル等)の保守管理を行います。
- チケットシステムに基づき、サーバーラックの設置・撤去やサーバーハードウェアの修理など、ハードウェアや部品の日常的な運用作業を体系的に実施します。
- オンコール対応を含め、データセンターの運用に携わり、定期メンテナンスや変更管理作業におけるインフラ監視を行います。
- 高度なトラブルシューティングと問題解決能力を発揮します。
- サイト管理に参画し、運用エリアの5S(整理・整頓・清掃・清潔・躾)を徹底します。
- 他のエンジニアチームと交代制シフトで勤務します。シフトは1日10時間(休憩1時間含む)、週4日勤務・週3日休みの体制です。勤務時間帯は8:00~18:00、12:00~22:00、22:45~08:15のいずれかとなります。
