  • 年10回刊の漫画誌を刊行するハルタ編集部での、編集業務のサポート全般

・入稿補助(写植テキスト入力・誤字・表記チェック・スキャン作業など)

・出校補助(各所への回覧作業)

・見本誌・資料・色校などの発送や都内近郊への配達

・編集部内の備品管理・補充・整理

・見本誌の管理・補充・整理

・読者アンケートの集計や整理

・SNS・広報補助(画像やリストの作成、投降、更新、情報収集など)

ハルタ編集部は、部員の多くがほぼ毎日出勤している、活発で気さくな職場です。

興味があれば打ち合わせの同席・販促物制作などもお願いするので、実際の業務に携わりながら出版の現場を学ぶことができます。普段から人を楽しませることが好き、人を楽しませたい、と感じてる方大歓迎です

応募資格

・平日2~3日、13~20時に九段下駅での勤務ができる方(休憩45分あり)

・大学1~2年次在学中の方

・基本的なPC操作ができる方

・学部・学科不問、出勤日・時間は調整可

※2028年卒業以降の方対象

給与

時給1,500円

※完全リモートワーク:不可

※就業場所の変更範囲:会社の定める場所(リモートワークを行う場所を含む)

勤務時間

13:00~20:00(7時間拘束、休憩45分、実働6時間15分。社会保険加入なし)

※週2~3日のシフト制勤務

※繁忙期のみ相談の上で30~1時間程度の残業や早出をお願いする場合があります。

※所定労働時間外の有無:有

※職務の変更範囲:所属部署におけるアシスタント業務
