【業務内容】

ブランドコミュニケーション部では、各種ブランドおよび商品の価値を着実に発信し、ビジネスに貢献するコミュニケーション戦略の設計や構築を強化しています。当ポジションでは所属部署にて、ブランディング戦略・コミュニケーション戦略に基づくコンテンツクリエイションを担当するポジションとなります。

その中でも、SNSマーケティングの企画設計、ディレクション全般(各SNS媒体における)を進めていただきます。また、SNSだけでなく動画やWEBなどのオウンドメディアのクリエイティブ全般へのディレクションも期待されるポジションとなります。

【業務イメージ】

・ブランドのオフィシャルSNSアカウントの企画・運営・デザイン作成

・コミュニケーションディレクター、ブランドディレクター等と連携し、コミュニケーション戦略を策定していく

・ブランドミッションや目標達成のためのクリエイティブ・コミュニケーション設計

・主に公式SNSにおける企画設計、撮影、編集全般のディレクション業務

・その他オウンドメディア全般のディレクション業務

・スケジュール管理、品質管理、コスト管理、など

・運用型広告の効果向上のためのクリエイティブ効果測定

・改善提案・実行・素材写真の撮影・編集や管理業務

・ブランドチームとの連携(訴求内容・トンマナの精査など)

【必須スキル・経験】

・SNSクリエイティブのディレクション、WEBサイトのディレクションの実務経験:2年以上

※対象SNS:Instagram、TikTok、x

  • ブランドのオフィシャルSNSアカウント運用経験歓迎
  • 縦型ショート動画の企画・ディレクションの実務経験

・以下のいずれか

  • 長尺動画のディレクション、WEBサイトのディレクションの実務経験:1年以上

【歓迎スキル・経験】

・ブランド戦略の立案 実行経験 ※有形商材でのご経験歓迎(無形でも可)

・ダイレクトマーケティングの経験

  • WEB広告、SNS広告の数値考察をし、ターゲティング検討から企画を立案

・各種、媒体戦略を描ける方、知見、運用経験のある方大歓迎

・代理店でのストラテジックプランナーの経験

・メーカーでのコミュニケーション戦略業務経験

・デジタル媒体やインフルエンサーに非常に特化した実務経験

(例:Tiktok、Instagram、Youtuber など)

・スキンケア領域のプロモーション/マーケティングに携わった経験

・広告クリエイティブのディレクションができる方大歓迎

・動画プランニング実務経験

・動画撮影の実務経験(Adobe premier、Aftereffectを使用しての動画編集経験)

・Photoshop、illustratorを使用してのデザイン経験
