We are seeking a talented Structural Analysis Engineer with a specialization in stress analysis for eVTOL aircraft.
As part of our dynamic aerospace engineering team, you will contribute your expertise to ensure the structural integrity and optimal performance of our cutting-edge electric vertical takeoff and landing vehicles.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CFRP materials, structural analysis.Plan analysis and testing in accordance with structural assurance requirements
lead structural certification and Test plan.
Lead detailed structural analyses of eVTOL components constructed with CFRP materials, ensuring compliance with strength, stiffness, and durability requirements.
Evaluate stress, strain, and deformation characteristics under static, dynamic, and thermal loads.
Develop and maintain documentation necessary for certification, including analysis reports, test plans, and compliance matrices.
Essential Skills
Experience in structural analysis of aircraft
Experience in calculating and reporting the results of various analyses of metal or CFRP structures or composite structures of both
Experience with Nastran and LS-DYNA
Knowledge of material mechanics
Desirable Skills
Experience in analyzing various requirements and compiling a structural certification plan.
Experience in evaluating whether structural designs comply with various requirements.
Knowledge of general aeronautical engineering
Experience in structural modification planning
Experience in various types of analysis such as fluid analysis, thermal analysis, noise analysis, etc.
Skills for Collaborative Success
Able to flexibly adapt to the opinions and ideas of others while striving to achieve objectives.
Able to think proactively and check with superiors to make sure everything is proceeding as planned.
Proactive mindset to take on challenges for tasks and technologies in which you have no experience.

Estimated Annual Salary:
JPY 6,850,000- JPY 10,380,000
Monthly Salary:
JPY 571,000- JPY 867,000
Includes fixed overtime pay for 45 hours, amounting to JPY 197,680- JPY 296,697
Additional overtime pay will be provided for hours exceeding the fixed overtime.
