We are looking for a Salesforce Engineer who can lead our activities from requirement analysis, application design, development, and troubleshooting to enhance the Salesforce team's performance.
In this position, you will be able to lead the expansion of Salesforce usage and cooperate with other development teams to make a good system integration.
Position Details
As a Senior Engineer, you will be in charge of developing, enhancing, and maintaining the applications and continuously improving the system as the business keeps updating and integrating with other internal systems.
Responsibilities
Analyzing users' requirements and providing system solutions
Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications and related tools
Testing the stability and functionality of the application
Troubleshooting and fixing bugs
Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software
Mandatory Qualifications
Extensive experience in Salesforce platform development and implementation (3+ years)
Deep expertise and practical experience in Apex development
Experience in designing and developing integrations between Salesforce and external systems
Profound knowledge and practical experience in Salesforce system operation and maintenance
Analytical and requirements definition skills to drive business problem-solving
Excellent technical design skills and solution proposal capabilities
Communication skills that energize the team, along with an open-minded and collaborative spirit
Language:
Japanese and English are Business level
Desired Qualifications
Experience as an Engineering Lead or in Project Management
Experience in modern backend development (especially Java, Spring Framework)
Frontend UI development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Development and operation experience in Unix/Linux environments, including shell scripting
Practical experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Strong sense of ownership and the ability to act autonomously
