■業務内容
主事業である人材サービスとのシナジーを創出するため、IT・建設・製造業の技術者人材事業、エキスパート職への人材紹介事業、教育研修事業といった、成長領域におけるM&A戦略の推進がミッションです。
入社後はマネージャーのサポートのもと研修を実施し、M&Aの担当者として独り立ちできるよう支援します。
【初期にお任せする業務】
・M&Aターゲットリスト作成・案件ソーシング
M&A対象領域に基づいた企業のリサーチ、ロングリスト・ショートリストの作成を行います。
・仲介会社との協業・対象企業へのアプローチ
仲介会社と連携し、案件の発掘・選定を進めます。買収候補企業への直接的な連絡・アプローチも行います。
・社内資料作成
ソーシングリストや案件の進捗に関する報告資料作成を行います。
【将来的に行っていただきたい業務】
・エグゼキューション(M&A実行)
企業価値算定、デューデリジェンス(DD)の推進、契約書作成支援、買収条件交渉など、M&Aの一連の実行プロセスをリード
・PMI

■応募要件
《必須要件》
M&A経験者(経験先は事業会社、仲介、FAS問わず)
経営企画、財務経理、コンサルタントなどの経験を通じ【売上・利益(PL)、資産(BS)】が読める方

《歓迎要件》
・M&Aソーシングリストの作成経験
・プロジェクト推進のご経験(プロジェクトリーダーでなくても、プロジェクト事務局として牽引した経験)
・上位レイヤー(経営層など)に対する資料作成、あるいは説明のご経験
