【仕事内容】
・お客様企業の課題・ニーズのヒアリング、提案書作成、折衝
・提案内容に基づいたプロジェクト計画、要件定義、システム要件の策定
・プロジェクトのマネジメント(進捗や工数、課題の管理や顧客への報告)
・コードレビュー等のシステム品質管理
・目標管理や勤怠管理など、配下メンバーのマネジメント(レイヤーによっては組織マネジメントの一貫としてお任せする場合があります)
Webシステムおよびスマホアプリの開発に伴う、一連のマネジメント業務をお任せします。
自社だけでなくグループ会社やオフショア等のリソース(や、生成AIサービス等の新たな技術※入れるか迷い中)を活用しながら、クライアント課題をどう解決していくかをリードしていただくポジションです。

【求める人材】
・Webシステム開発におけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験3年以上
(PL・PMなど、チーム開発におけるリーダー、マネージャー経験。チーム規模は不問)
・Webシステム開発の実務経験5年以上
・顧客要望に基づいた要件定義や仕様策定、必要なドキュメント作成の経験

年収800~1100万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
