私たちは現在、新規カフェ「QUARO」を立ち上げています。

このカフェは「コーヒーを提供する場所」ではなく、

・空間

・香り

・光

・スタッフの所作

・静かな時間の流れ

これらすべてを一つの体験として設計する、"ブランドとしてのカフェ" を目指しています。

このプロジェクトにおいて、デザインは装飾ではありません。

ロゴやグラフィックをつくることがゴールでもありません。

「なぜこの形なのか」

「なぜこの色なのか」

「なぜこの余白が必要なのか」

そうした問いを重ねながら、

目に見えない感覚を、形と言語に落とし込んでいく役割です。

完成された世界観に"合わせる"のではなく、

まだ輪郭のない世界観を、一緒に考え、迷い、組み立てていける方。

デザインを「作業」ではなく、体験設計の一部として捉えられる方と共に

このカフェを作っていきたいと考えています。

  • 仕事内容

カフェ事業に関わる、ブランド・空間・ビジュアル全体のデザインを担当していただきます。

海外の社員とも連携を行っていくため、グローバルな環境で働くことが出来ます。

・カフェの世界観・コンセプト理解、言語化

・店舗に関わるビジュアルデザイン全般

・ロゴ・グラフィック

・メニュー、サイン、ツール類

・空間に馴染むデザイン設計

・海外メンバーとの英語コミュニケーション

  • Concept sharing, Design direction のすり合わせ

・デザインの実務経験(3年以上、分野不問)

・Photoshop・Illustratorの使用経験

・LPやバナー制作の経験

・基本的なPC操作

・コンセプト、世界観を理解しようとする姿勢

・英語でのコミュニケーションが可能な方

・ブランドデザイン、空間デザインへの興味

・カフェ飲食・ライフスタイル分野への関心

・「正解のないデザイン」を楽しめる方

勤務時間:9:00~18:00(休憩1時間)

基本給:月給 25万円 〜 38万円

固定残業代:なし

月給 25万円~(応相談)

※基本年1回昇給あり

※給与には職能手当15,000円を含みます
