業務内容
お客様とのパートナーシップに関するエキスパートからなるチームを管理、指導、育成し、個人の成長と全体での成功が促進されるコラボレーティブな環境を構築する。
お客様の目標に合わせてグローバル アカウント戦略を策定、実施し、成長機会を最大化する。共同ビジネスプラン、年間アクティベーション プラン、革新的なソリューションの作成、提供、報告を担当し、重要な目標を達成する。交渉と契約締結の際には、グローバル プログラム マネージャー(GPM)および LCS の担当者と協力し、デリバリーを主導する。
チームが戦略目標を達成し、実用的なレポートを提供して、パフォーマンスの期待値を常に上回ることができるようにするチーム全体で JBP ガバナンスを推進し、インセンティブを戦略的かつ積極的に活用して、お客様への商用サービスの提供を最大化し、ビジネスとその影響に関する分析情報を得る。
お客様や社内のステークホルダーの経営幹部と関係を構築して発展させる。ソート リーダーシップを示し、信頼に基づくパートナーシップを育む。
