Role Overview


This role sits at the strategic core of the Ad & Media Company, working directly with top executives to shape company-wide advertising strategy.

You will bridge high-level planning with practical execution, driving initiatives that influence business direction, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Planning

Develop comprehensive advertising strategies across products and services.
Identify business challenges and propose strategic, data-driven solutions.


  • Executive-Level Communication
Prepare and present strategic proposals to CxO-level executives.
Build alignment across business units and senior leadership.


  • Project Leadership
Lead cross-functional, high-impact strategic projects from conception to execution.

Example Strategic Projects

Designing optimal resource allocation and growth strategies across the service and product portfolio.
Integrating and restructuring marketing assets to enhance efficiency and synergy.
Supporting new business creation, including M&A initiatives and strategic partnerships.
Conducting global market analysis to explore international expansion opportunities.

Business planning in the IT industry

Requirements – Must-Have

Ability to identify core issues in complex, ambiguous business environments.
Strong communication and project management skills for cross-functional alignment.
Ability to articulate abstract concepts and insights clearly, logically, and visually.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Strategic planning experience in large-scale businesses (hundreds of billions in revenue).
2–3 years in a consulting firm.
2–3 years in policy planning at a government agency.
Experience with data analysis or modeling using Excel or SQL.

English Language Requirement

TOEIC score of 800+ or equivalent English proficiency.
Proof required before offer stage.
A TOEIC IP test may be administered if proof is unavailable.
