仕事内容


ECプラットフォームを運営するオークファングループでは、自社ブランド「AP LAB(エーピーラボ)」を立ち上げ、売上が急速に拡大しています。

今回は自社ブランドをメインにEC運用体制を構築、管理頂くメンバーを募集します。

【業務内容】

自社ブランドのECに関する業務の一部。

(具体的には下記の一部です。)

・受注処理・商品登録・在庫管理・FBA納品などの業務プロセス把握・分析

・業務フローの標準化・業務マニュアルの整備

・属人化業務の棚卸しと引き継ぎ体制構築

・各業務に必要なツール・テンプレートの選定/整備

・出荷/在庫/売上などのレポートフォーマット統一、運用ルールの設計

・外部倉庫・仕入先との連携業務の仕組み化

・将来的にはオペレーションチームの構築・育成にも関与

(入社後のミッション)

・在庫アラートや棚卸のタイミングを明確にし、過剰在庫や欠品を防ぐ運用

・注文状況に応じたFBA納品計画のテンプレート化

・売上・返品・在庫レポートを週次/月次で自動取得・可視化

・受注処理ミスを防ぐためのチェックリストやトラッキング体制設計

等から着手頂く予定です。

【必須条件】

・ECバックオフィス業務(受注・出荷・在庫管理等)の実務経験

・ECモール(Amazon・楽天など)の運営経験

・業務マニュアルやルールの作成、整備経験

・Excelでのデータ管理、帳票作成スキル(VLOOKUP、ピボット等)

固定時間制

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

09:00 ~ 18:00

※週始まりは朝会があるため8:30~17:30

※時差出勤制度があり、定時前後2h調整可能です。

給与


年俸 円 ~ 円

支払い方法: 年俸の1/12を毎月支給

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

みなし残業代:78,035円~130,058円

みなし残業時間:45.00時間

月給300,000円(基本残業代月45時間分78,035円を含む~月給500,000円(基本残業代月45時間分130,058円を含む)

※45時間超過分の残業代は別途支給

※スキル/前職給与を元に弊社規定により判断致します。

※内定前後で条件擦り合わせの面談を実施予定です。

試用期間あり

試用期間の長さ:3ヶ月

雇用形態、給与は本採用時と同じです。
