【仕事内容】

GLOBIS Digital Platform部門にて開発するプロダクトのプロダクトマネジメントを担当していただきます。 グロービスにおけるプロダクトマネージャーの役割は、「ユーザー価値を届けるためにいつ何を作るか」に責任を持ち、あらゆるステークホルダーと協働し、開発チームの力を最大限引き出しながら、プロダクトのアウトカムを最大化することです。

【具体的には】

・プロダクトのビジョンやロードマップの策定

・プロダクトのメトリクス設計、データ分析、改善案の提案

・一次情報の収集と分析(ユーザーインタビュー、市場調査など)

・事業計画の策定や利用規約等の法務調整

・開発案件の整理と優先順位づけ

・スクラム開発におけるプロダクトオーナーの役割

・社内外の多様なステークホルダーとの協働

・プロジェクトの計画と推進

担当いただくプロダクトや領域は、事業状況や候補者の意向と強みに合わせて決めていきます。

【開発環境】

・言語/フレームワーク:Ruby Rails React TypeScript GraphQL

・テスト: RSpec

・インフラ:AWS GCP Docker

・CI:CircleCI

・コミュニケーション:Slack、Zoom、Gather town

・ドキュメント:Notion、G suite

【求める人材】

・プロダクトマネジメント、要求定義及びそれに準ずる経験3年以上

・プロダクトやサービスの企画設計

・オペレーション設計

・非エンジニア、ステークホルダーとの調整

・プロジェクトマネジメント

・スクラムによるアジャイル開発

・サービスのKPIを圧倒的に伸ばした経験

・プロダクトライフサイクルの導入期から成長期にかけてのプロダクトマネジメント経験

・スクラム開発におけるプロダクトオーナー、またはそれに類する役割の知識と経験

・UXデザイン、情報設計などを行い、ユーザー視点に立ったプロダクトの設計・開発をした経験

【給与】

年収700~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
