デミ・シェフ・ドゥ・パルティは、ゲストと会員の皆様に素晴らしい体験をお届けするために、高品質の料理を準備し、提供する責任を負うとともに、食材のコスト管理をサポートします。
What will I be doing?
デミ・シェフ・ド・パルティとして、ゲストと会員の皆様に素晴らしい体験を提供するために、高品質の料理を準備し、提供する責任を負っていただきます。また、食材のコスト管理もお願いします。具体的には、以下の業務を最高水準で行うことが求められます。
ー会社のガイドラインに沿って、質の高い料理を準備し、提供すること
ーすべての作業場所を清潔に保ち、交差汚染のないようにする。
ー関連するすべてのメニューのミスアンプレイスの準備
ーゲストからの問い合わせに対して、タイムリーかつ効率的に解決できるようアシストすること。
ー食材が良い品質で正しく保存されていることを確認する。
ーコスト管理、粗利率の改善、その他部門および財務目標への貢献
ー必要に応じて他部門を支援し、良好な業務関係を維持する。
ーメンテナンス、衛生、危険に関する問題の報告
ーホテルのセキュリティ、防火規則、すべての健康および安全、食品安全に関する法律の遵守
ー部門目標を意識し、チームの一員として目標達成に努力する。
ー環境に配慮する
