What will I be doing?
フード&ビバレッジ・アテンダントとして、レストラン、バー、バンケット施設、ホテル内カフェでの飲食(フード&ビバレッジ)業務、およびルームサービスのリクエストに応え、最高の品質基準を維持する責任を担っていただきます。チームメンバーと協力し、以下の業務を通じて、お客様の期待を上回る質の高いサービスを提供します:
*バリスタ、カクテルアテンダント、バーテンダーを含むがこれに限定されない。
*メニューの内容、メニューの変更、プロモーション活動を理解する。
*サービスエリアを清潔に保ち、整頓し、準備を整えること。
*すべてのお客様の会計を効率的に管理すること
*ゲストからの問い合わせに丁寧かつ親切に答える
