【仕事内容】

既存取引先へのルート営業・ときどき出荷前準備のサポート

真空成型による製品の製造販売を行う会社で、ルートセールススタッフ募集

※真空成形とは…熱して軟らかくした材料を木型・樹脂型・アルミ型に密着させて成形する方法

決まった取引先企業への既存顧客営業なので、新規開拓営業や新規テレアポはありません(^ ^)/

[主なお仕事]

①お客様からの注文内容の確認・工程表の発行

②段取り確認・納期調整

③完成品の納品対応

[顧客訪問や納品がない日]

④見積書作成や社内調整など

⑤現場にて製品の出荷前準備・梱包作業

〇入社後3ヵ月程の研修あり。先輩がマンツーマンで丁寧に指導します。

〇2人1組での営業スタイルなので、研修後も常に先輩と一緒。

〇受注~出荷~納品まで一連の流れをOJTで学べる環境です。

〇あなたの習熟度に合わせてゆっくり教育しますので、営業が初めての方も安心してください。

正社員

【給与】

月給 / 21万円〜36万円

※経験や能力を考慮の上決定します

※月給に含まれる手当 / 住宅手当10,000円

・家族手当 / 配偶者10,000円、子ども一人に付き4,000円(扶養内限定)

08:30〜17:30(日勤のみ / 実働7時間40分)

・休憩80分 / 午前10分、昼60分、午後10分

・完全週休2日制 / 土日休み
