【概要】

シニアコンサルタントマネージャー候補として、同社シニアコンサルタント〜アナリスト層のキャリアマネジメント、

プロジェクト全体及びチームの品質担保、大手顧客(本部長・部長クラス)とのリレーション構築、新規案件創出、

プロジェクトデリバリーなどを行っていただきます。

・金融インダストリー:中央銀行、生命保険、ネット生命保険、損害保険、ネット銀行、証券、ネット証券、等

・通信インダストリー:通信キャリア、IT等

上記他、官公庁、ゲーム、住宅、総合商社等を含む業界リーディングカンパニーをクライアントとしています。

職種未経験歓迎

・3年以上のシステム開発経験

・2年以上のPM/PL経験(アプリ/インフラ不問)

・3年以上のIT戦略、企画、要件定義、設計、構築、運用保守等のITライフサイクルに関わる実務経験

2018年10月に創業した同社ですが、創業時より10期売上1,000億円の目標を掲げ、急成長中です。(7期が締まり売上430億円、営業利益率は30%を超えています)

【給与】

600万円〜2000万円

年俸制 年俸の1/12を毎月支給 月額509430円〜 基本給337430円〜
