Job Description

Solventum Products is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our Yamagata factory team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for leading the development of new processes and improving existing ones to meet the company's manufacturing goals.

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining production processes that meet or exceed quality and productivity standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and research and development, to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• 4-year degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Experience with manufacturing process improvement and optimization
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required

Preferred Qualifications:

Apart from the requirements above, we also welcome candidates with experience in:

• Process engineering in the manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of machinery and chemical processes
• DX implementation and digital transformation
