Responsibilities:

At Solventum, we are looking for a Manufacturing Operator to join our team at our Yamagata plant. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing operations and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Manufacturing medical tapes and related products
• Maintaining quality control standards
• Participating in process improvements and lean activities

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Excellent physical health and stamina
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and night shifts
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Skills:

Experience in manufacturing operations, leadership roles, or quality control activities is highly desirable. Additionally, having qualifications such as crane operation, forklift driving, or hazardous materials handling is a plus.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position at our Yamagata plant, with regular working hours and opportunities for professional growth.
